We have worked in partnership with many of the UK’s leading rating advisors and will be pleased to act under their stewardship if you would prefer. We will provide them with regular progress reports and will be pleased to attend meetings with you as and when required.
The advantage of this ‘dual supplier’ approach is that you will benefit from the specialist knowledge and experience of our analyst team in conjunction with your advisor, who has the greatest understanding of your property portfolio and its history. This approach means that we can identify opportunities to make savings or recover overpayments more quickly and without risk.
