All of the work Exacta undertakes is regulated by the professional body that governs the business rates industry. The codes of conduct of the IRRV (Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation) is utilised in all of our working practices and procedures.
Exacta PLC is also regulated by the organisational members of the IRRV who take responsibility for ensuring that its members, both individuals and firms, meet the requirements of their Rules of Conduct.
They define the professional, ethical and business standards which are expected of IRRV members. The IRRV monitors, guides and assists members and firms to comply with its rules, regulations and ethical standards.
They review and investigate complaints they receive about members and/or regulated firms and where appropriate, take disciplinary action cases where members and/or regulated firms fall short of the standards expected of them.
