The Valuation Tribunal reports

27th July 2020

The Valuation Tribunal Service (VTS) has recently reported on 2010 rating list appeals in their July newsletter.

The VTS has reported that during 2014-15 the Valuation Tribunal received some 48,500 appeals against 2010 rating list entries. However, less than 1,600 of these appeals required a decision. Both the VTS and the Valuation Tribunal for England (VTE) continue to actively look to cut down on what is ultimately an unnecessary burden in the production of administration and paperwork.
