Who we are

Professional and ethical standards are the basis of everything we do.

Exacta Plc employees exhibit high professional standards and values that contribute to its continued success in business rates auditing. These values help ensure that our team approaches every engagement with the highest professional and ethical standards.

Exacta Plc was founded upon the traditional values of fairness, honesty, reliability and sensible ‘down to earth’ business rates audit recovery procedures, delivered in a professional manner.

Exacta Plc has led the way throughout its 15 year life by maintaining these core values and by combining them with cutting edge technologies. Exacta Plc, the first to utilise BillPro3 (a software system to eliminate Billing errors) in its Rating Audit business, has continued to maximise efficiency and to minimise erroneous errors by being an early adopter of new technologies and techniques.

As a result of the friendly and rewarding work environment at Exacta, staff turnover is low. This means that our clients are able to deal with the same team members year after year; people who have a thorough understanding of their portfolio and business needs.

In it's 15 year history, Exacta Plc has grown into one of the largest firms of business rates auditors in the UK, partly by means of its use of cutting-edge technology. Successfully obtaining many high-value undetected audit recoveries means that most new business comes through recommendations from existing clients and their affiliated partners.

Exacta Plc is a proud organisational member of the IRRV and has held accreditation from the Investors in People for over 5 years.
